Ok... I did a little DIY backsplash and bought the tile off of all floors.. needless to say I'm 3 tiles short Me the manufacturer says it's out of production. He's calling manufacturer and their reps to see if anyone anywhere has the tile. He didn't make a huge profit off my backsplash tile and here he is on a Friday trying to help me find the tiles. That IS CUSTOMER SERVICE
While I have not used their services, their van drives like a drunk toddler is behind the wheel, so not buy any from them.
If you were smart you wouldn’t buy a floor from this place. Service is terrible and Dave is a joke. Never stands behinds his floor or service and doesn’t care about his customers.
Don’t buy anything here! They are scammers and crooks! They take you money and run!
