Unbelievable experience with Veronica and her team. Tim and Rafael were my installers, and they went above and beyond. So kind, so professional and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend from start to finish. Veronica worked around our crazy schedule, came at night and did what she needed to do. We are a bit picky and not once did she get annoyed with us. She sent us so many options and really understood us. So grateful for her and everything she has done for us!

We had an outstanding experience with Closet Factory. They recently installed four new spaces for us: a primary walk-in closet, a refitted reach-in closet in another bedroom, a brand-new kitchen coat closet, and a brand-new built-in cabinet unit in our bathroom. Every part of the process exceeded our expectations. Laurie, who led the design, was absolutely tremendous. She worked around our schedule, patiently configuring and re-configuring designs, and helping us truly see what was possible in each space. Closet Factory came highly recommended for my closet design. Working with Suzanne was wonderful on that, and then I discovered they do Murphy bed designs as well! So, after having a very positive experience with my closet design and installation, I decided to get my Murphy bed design done for my second bedroom as well. Again, Suzanne was excellent on the design side, and the guys who installed it were very professional and efficient. I’m so happy with both!! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend. I may have them do my garage organization down the road as well!

Amazing experience from start to finish! We worked with The Closet Factory to transform a cluttered entryway as well as a small coat closet. The result was game changing for us and we realized how much storage we had that went unused. Our designer Laurie was creative, super responsive and so easy to work with. The projected timeline was met the first time and the installers were professional, tidy and excellent at what they do. Would highly recommend.
