My experience with Revel Garage Door Solutions was everything I hoped for. They replaced 2 lift cables on our double/heavy garage door that were frayed, on the verge of breaking . Jeff (owner) responded quickly with a reasonable estimate. We scheduled the repair for today. Patrick arrived on time with the parts he needed, and made the repair. Patrick was great. You could tell he knew his craft. I also run a small service business so I’m very careful about who I hire in the trades to come to our home. In today’s world, there are many scammers out there in service oriented businesses . You have to be very careful. Revel Garage Door Solutions is the real deal. We are very happy with our new epoxy garage floor ! The project was easy to plan with the help of Shaun visiting our space. We got a project date quickly and it only took two half days to complete. Connor was professional and neat. We only wish we had done this sooner. Very clean look and feels like an extension of inside now, no longer a dingy garage !

We reached out to follow up on a crack that seemed to sink after the cure and they didn’t hesitate to follow up and send out a crew to fix! So far our experience with Revel has been great. Ryan came across very knowledgeable when assessing the scope of work and explained all details. We ended up installing the epoxy floor a year later taking advantage of an end-year promo. The installation crew came on time, the floor looks great so far. They talked us out of an extra cost item that based on their evaluation was not needed. We later had our garage doors serviced using Revels service plan and the technician was very good. Their automatic appointment notification system is very convenient - keeps one informed in real time. Overall I'd highly recommend their service.
