I was very pleased with the entire process. I filled out a request online and was contacted almost immediately with pricing information and I was able to schedule the installation within about a week or so. The crew showed up on time with all the necessary materials. They explained the process and make sure we were on the same page to ensure my expectations would be met. After we inspected the attic area I ended up adding a little extra square footage of flooring. The installation was completed in a timely manner and the guys cleaned up the area afterwards. The two installers were very polite and personable and did a really nice job. I would definitely do this again and can recommend Florida Attic Solutions to anyone with additional storage needs!

Our attic entry door and ladder in the garage was dangerously faulty soon after we purchased our home, I had someone here to give us a quote but he wanted half upfront, we decided to check google and that’s when we found All Florida Attic Solutions LLC, I spoke with Owner Eliezer three days ago (money due when work completed) and we scheduled for today 1/9/27 at 2:00, Eliezer not only texted me his arrival approximate time but he arrived a bit earlier with his assistant Felix, Eliezer finished installing the whole aluminum ladder in less than 3 hours, door, and all hardware, and painted, everything was swepped and dispossed of quickly, amazing work. After being in our new (to us) home for 10 months, we wanted more storage space. We tried to clean up the attic area ourselves but without an installed and safe ladder, it was really too much. The previous two owners made no attempt to clean up the attic or to even install a ladder. This made things horrible for our HVAC technician too. Eliezer from All Fl Attic Solutions replaced my 35 yr old attic ladder yesterday and added 100 ft of flooring in my attic. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. From start to finish he is a hardworking perfectionist who takes pride in his work, all while dealing with extremely hot temperatures over 100 degrees! His attitude was always pleasant and upbeat and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers.
