All Hours Energy

I was recommended to All Hours by the plumber who installed my Alpine high efficiency boiler 15 years ago. I needed a service and potentially a service contract. Paul, the HVAC tech who showed up, was outstanding. Took his time, explained the process, was thorough, friendly, tidy and went above and beyond to make sure that the boiler was operating at max efficiency. Then he took extra time to flush air from all the lines just because I mentioned that sometimes they make noise. Paul was as professional as they come and I'll be 100% comfortable working with All Hours in the future.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from All Hours Energy. About six months ago they worked on the boiler system replacing pressure valve. At the time, we didn’t need heat, so there was no way to test whether the installation was actually working. Now that the weather has gotten cold, it turns out there’s an issue with the replacement. What makes this even more frustrating is the owner, Bob’s, response. Instead of standing behind the work his company did, he refused to even come out and look at the problem without being paid first. This is despite the fact that we never had the opportunity to verify whether the system he installed was functioning properly. Paul came before the scheduled time. He was courteous and professional. Paul took the time to explain the issues. He stayed until the boiler was working correctly. We highly recommend.

On the evening on January 1 I realized our boiler had stopped and I had no heat. I called many companies, including the one I have a contract with, and no one would come out. I called all hours energy and they came within the hour (at 10:00 pm) and I had heat again in no time. Thanks so much

Paul arrived for an emergency call and performed an excellent job repairing my air conditioner. He was pleasant, experienced, informed, and helpful with my questions and concerns. The system is working better than it has in a few years. The answering service is accommodating and quick with responses. The office staff is also professional, polite, and attentive to the problem described. I recommend this company 100%
