Jack and his colleagues at JFF Electric (special shout out to Anthony & Jose) did a phenomenal job installing my Level 2 EV charger. They were punctual, professional, did neat & efficient work and the cost was more than fair. I appreciated the itemized billing with an explanation for each segment of the job. The work was flawless and done in a way to allow for adjustments or improvements in the future. I would highly recommend JFF Electric to friends and family for any future work.

JFF Electric was great in installing my EV Charger. It is a 19.2 KW charger and Jack and his team were professional and timely in completing the installation. Jack Jr. was very helpful in getting it up and running and making sure I had no further issues when I connected my vehicle to the charger. It feels like it’s getting more and more difficult to have at least a “good” customer service experience. Not here, JFF was great! Arrived on-time, as-expected, and with all the tools necessary to complete the job. The job was completed quicker than estimated, which is unfortunately not the norm. The communication prior to and after was excellent, except for in the very beginning, but Jack at JFF made up for it. WIth the end of the tax credits, all electricians were swamped, so I didn’t hold it against them. Everything works perfectly, and the electrician got us set up with the app and configuration before he left. Would recommend!
