The improvement was immediate — The apartment is warm and comfortable again. Even though I wasn’t a previous customer, Nick came right out (during a heat wave) and had everything completed within a few days while others wouldn’t even come out to look at it for weeks! He worked with me (and my house sitters) while I was away on vacation and even took care of my Mass Saves rebate for me. Smooth transaction. Highly recommend!
