This review should’ve been written back in early December, but the experience was so good that it absolutely deserves to be shared. Ed went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a heater issue. Before even coming out, he took the time to look at pictures I sent and walked me through how to diagnose the problem step-by-step on my own. I now know what to look for, but still needed help. Despite it being a Sunday, he still made his way over the same day. Once he inspected the system, he noticed my unit was actually still under warranty—something most people wouldn’t bother checking He picked up the part the next morning and came later in the afternoon to install it. HVAC was making a buzzing sound. It was the contactor, but my capacitor was overdue for a preventive replacement also. I called 6 HVAC companies, and 5 of the companies wanted to bill me twice. All HVAC Services was the exception. The contactor is right next to the capacitor and it's an additional 5 minutes of labor. It didn't make sense to me that other companies wanted to charge me separately for labor and do 2x the bill. Ricardo (aka as Ricky) was more reasonable and only charged me a prorated labor rate (based on my scenario, your situation might be different). Ricky also spent time explaining how to DIY for the future if I pursue that route. He provided a lot of helpful tips that YouTube doesn't cover. All HVAC Services is more than a company, they are a second generation family business you can trust. They installed two commercial units in one of my One Martial Arts locations. Their price was competitive and their work was excellent. The team of brothers went above and beyond all my expectations, earning my trust every step of the install. Ricky did an amazing job fixing our AC! He found a space in the unit that was letting all of our cold air escape into the attic and patched it up right away. Now our home is cooling properly again, and the difference is unbelievable. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knows his stuff.
