Three days ago we were sitting at our kitchen table with Matt discussing our estimate, and now we have a beautiful new Bosch Heat Pump installed, new attic insulation, a new whole house fan and all new duct work. We were able to get competitive pricing, great financing with a local credit union, and they made the SMUD rebate for the heat pump easy to get as well. From A-Z, Matt and the entire team at Rey's has been fantastic! Matt was full of knowledge. He was honest and fair. My experience with Rey’s air is always knowing that I’m going to be treated in an honest manner. I’ve researched a lot about HVAC systems and have educated myself about them. Let’s face it, these systems aren’t cheap. When I have to have them come out they have always been honest with their evaluations/recommendations. And their prices points are very fair. Rey's Air are such a life saver. My air conditioner has been down since last summer .dealing with insurance companies denying me service. Reys Air quotes me a price i couldn't disagree with. The whole crew came out replaced my AC unit and got a new furnace I was so happy to not have a hot house. I highly recommend these guys Everyone was friendly sufficient and got the work done. Eric from Rey’s Air informed me that he was on his way ahead of time which they always do. This service call was to install a new thermostat that had been giving me some issues and during the initial service call Eric decided let’s replace to determine that it was not the problem. No charge as unit is under warranty but if you do your research you will find that Rey’s Air Solutions has stellar reviews for service, pricing and the quality of units they offer. I am more than happy with the purchase of my furnace/HVAC system last year.

We have been using Rey's for years and have never had a bad experience with them. We had them install our new HVAC system 7 years ago and have had consistent maintenance done by them since then. They're timely in their communication and responsiveness. Special shout out to Gonzo who has done our maintenance visits and a repair on our gas valve. He's always super friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they don't upsell you and instead they give you the honest truth to get the best out of your system.
