All In 1 came to install a new roof, and clean up and insulate my attic. I'm not kidding when I say it was one of the best home improvement/repair experiences I've ever had as a homeowner. I've owned my home for 15 years and have had many companies come to repair or upgrade something. It's hard to find a company or contractor who does a great job, communicates well, charges reasonably, and finishes on time and on budget. All In 1 Energy Pros did ALL that. I contacted multiple roofing companies to get quotes. They not only came in with the lowest quote, they also thoroughly explained what they would do for that price in a way I could understand. We truly had a wonderful experience with All in 1 Energy for our roof replacement. We were nervous and overwhelmed at first, but Sophia immediately put us at ease. She walked us through every step, shared photos, and made sure all our concerns were heard. The price was fair, but the care, patience, and support we received meant so much more. I had truly an exceptional experience with this company, and in particular, Sophia who went so far and above in her customer service. I had solar panels that weren’t operating correctly, and when I reached out, Sophia interfaced with the solar panel inverter company for me. She got me a new panel under warranty and then organized the delivery and set up for me all in record time. I couldn’t have been happier with the service or her genuine kindness. Why can’t more companies provide such lovely customer service? Highly recommend.

Sophia is a real pleasure to work with, and very responsive to the details of the job, and her guys in the field. Communication is key, and I found both the office contacts and interaction with the field reps to be refreshing. Santos was amazing with the on-site evaluation of our damage and seeing to the repair. We had an immediate test of the work done, with rain that came a few days after the job completion, and halleluiah, it was no longer raining "inside" the building!

Our year started horrible with a damaged roof. After a month of getting quotes we finally decided to take the plunge and also get the solar panels we always wanted. That is when we called this amazing company and our first interaction was with Sophia. She was awesome from the start to finish it was like working with somebody you have known your entire life. She made the process so smooth was fast in her responses and ensured we got all our questions answered. Ben came to look at our roof and explained what type of roof works best for our house and also answered all our solar panel questions he was great.
