Shingles sliding off a roof less than a year old. Came back to fix it the first time we called. The second time it happened they said there was no warranty transfer paperwork from when we bought the house. Why is it a problem now? Lady on the phone had an attitude. 3 weeks later MORE shingles came down. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Edited for the companies response, if you read the post… you would see I said no warranty transfer papers were found. I also said whoever the rude person was that finally called back said they had to go to storage to find the papers from the address which would indicate you DID do the work. Horrible company, horrible work. The other reviews also serve the same evidence. I’m not asking the company to fix it at this point as I have someone

I signed a contract with All In One Renovations LLC on 02-05-2025 with representative Kelsey Roberts and she earned my business by stating that her company would pay my $2000 deductible to my insurance company if I received approval. I did receive approval and now she is stating that I am responsible for my own deductible, and I owe her company. All In One is also not transparent about the cost of the material they use and will not give you a breakdown of how they arrive at the total cost. This turned out to be a very lengthy process due to me having a 1st and 2nd mortgage and a one-way line of communication once Kelsey Roberts received payment for the roofing job. I paid Kelsey a deposit of $14,563.50 on 03-24-2025 and I did not hear back from her until I contacted her by text on 04-09-

I would recommend anyone to All In One for their roofing needs. Kelsey was so sweet. She helped me file a claim with my insurance to explaining & helping me with the process to the very end with my new roof. The roofers made sure that all the debri was picked up before they left. They were very professional.

I am very pleased with they work they did. They check my roof for free and identified all the issues. They worked with the insurance adjuster to get the quote and got my roof done in two days with minimal distraction to me and my family once the materials were in. They even upgraded the felt paper on the roof for free. Great customer service and business to work with.

They did a excellent job on my roof. Did exceptional job when I made last minute changes. Excellent job protecting my plants around the house. Kelsey did wonderful job helping my wife and I make an excellent choice in the color of the shingles. (Kelsey brought out samples of the two colors we couldn't make our decision on.) Cleanup looked Great, anything they had moved was put back in place.
