All Island Burner Service

Where do i begin. Ralph had an established rapport with my father of over 30years, yet over a measly prime and start for a new oil tank aggressively demanded my family for the payment upfront. Payment was given no problem, after a problem arose that which was not in his control safe to say he simply walked off and didn’t keep his word to get back to me with a fictitious quote. Stated a number of repairs to be required yet none of which were. Glad that worked out the way it did, Romeo’s Fuel and Oil did the service we required for less than half the price of his estimate. Just sleazy to see someone basically steal $ from someone else they knew for such a long time.

Ralph, was nice when he was installing NCB-240 NAVIEN , but after the installation and transaction. He was very rude, he never admitted his mistakes, the navien boiler was installed improperly. In 2023 I called him for an emergency and he said I have retired, I had multiple issues with service calls, he never fixed the issues, every winter I had to call for some service.

Ralph and his team did a great job. He fixed my 30 year old oil burner in 10 minutes and tested it to make sure it was running properly. I would absolutely recommend Ralph and his team for your oil burner service.

All Island did a gas boiler conversion for me. Ralph did a great job and ensured the entire process went smooth. They removed my old equipment and oil tank with no issues. Overall they did a fantastic job and the final install was clean and neat.

if I could leave zero stars I would. I was told the servicer for our burner had arrived but couldn’t find out unit in a condo complex. he was 1 hour outside his service window for us, so it’s assumed that he was running late on their schedule for the day. I told him on the phone to give my husband 1 minute, and he would come out and direct him to our unit because he didn’t take a minute to view the directory at the entrance of our complex. the man tells me “yeah i’m sorry this isn’t going to work out, I have other units that need servicing and it’s taking too long to find you.” I explain to him that we have 2 kids under age 3 and it’s cold at night, we need to be serviced so please wait 1 minute for my husband to find him.” he was on the complete other side of our condo block, but my husba
