I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. We hired AllJunk Solutions for a cleanup and demo project and scheduled two dumpsters a week in advance. During the initial consultation, Mimo was helpful and provided clear pricing and options — that part went smoothly. However, the follow-through and communication were very poor. We were quoted and paid for two dumpsters, but only received one. The plan was supposed to be: drop one off, pick it up once full, and drop the second off so we could continue working.
