I like these guys, pumped out my old broken septic, and gave me a quote on a new one, so good, hired them on the spot. Hard wording local, American small business!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Jon came gave us a quote for a tank and drain field. We decided to go with him gave 2 different deposits for 2 separate jobs. He told us he would start and never did. Called saying he couldn't start since he had other jobs open. But he had our permit in hand. THIS HAS BEEN ON GOING SINCE APRIL 29,2025! And now Jon Shrout or (Jonathan T Labruyere Owner name on public record for All Out Septic)will not return a call, txt or email. We have called every single day and absolutely no response! Today I got an email back saying his email doesn't not exist from my 2nd email saying I was contacting the attorney general and an attorney along with the FTC. I stated all we want back is our deposit since is he so unprofessional and obviously not doing the job.

I called on Monday no answer, called again they answered. I informed them that I needed my septic pumped on Friday and was told ok and I would be contacted Friday morning. I took the day off work for it. After not receiving a call I called them around 1pm, no answer again. I called an hour later and the guy said he would call me back and never got a call back. Now I had to call another company which was more professional and got an appointment for next Tuesday, but now I have to take another day off.

We contracted All Out Septic and paid their required deposit the end of October 2024. Once the deposit was received, we were told they would order the permit and soil test and let us know once it was back and ready to start the work. November, we did hear from them and tried to call several times for an update. At the beginning of December, I was able to get them on the phone and scheduled for the work to be completed the week of December 23rd. That week rolls around, and nobody shows up. I called multiple times and left several messages with no response. Now, here we are at the end of February with many calls, many voicemails, a report to BBB, and still no response. This is very unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. All I want is our deposit back!!! Now I have
