All Out

This was my first experience dealing with water damage. My initial encounter was with the project manager, Mercedes. She was very professionaI and personable. She was able to alleviate my panicking and calmly explained the next steps. I can definitely see why she is a project manager. She has great people skills and was thorough an extremely knowledgeable in her craft. She scheduled a technician to come out by the name of Kelly, and he was amazing as well! Since I know nothing about water damage issues, I had lots of questions and he answered all of them with patience and kindness. He explained everything that he did and ensured that I understood before he left. I hope to not have another issue like this in the future, but if I do, I will personally request Mercedes and Kelly. Marcos and Kelley did an outstanding job with the restoration work. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly

I was purposefully and intentionally misled from the first visit. All Out billing refuse to meet with me in person to go over the invoice for discrepancies. And the representative named Donovan, who now refuses to take phone calls or meet with me with billing, is not to be trusted. The entire thing is a huge nightmare.... like a horror story. And I've been without a kitchen since June. No invoices were ever sent to me till one week ago and they say the account is 60 days out. Don't trust them.

Kelley and Marco provided outstanding customer service! They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciated there positive attitude throughout the entire process. Highly recommend all out-restoration to anyone looking for excellent service!
