She’s told me they would be out around 4 o’clock – but to my surprise and relief they arrived at 1 o’clock. Aiden came in and immediately put me at ease. He thoroughly checked everything inside the house, reassuring me every step of the way. He then went outside and determined the issue was in the exterior pipeline. The A/C & Heating company that I have a maintenance agreement with informed me that while servicing my unit in the attic he noticed that there was no shut-of valve on my hot water heater. I was concerned about a potential leak that could potentially flood my home should there be a leak. I called All Plumbing to install a shut off valve ad they just left my home. Josh and Jared were professional, knowledgeable. friendly and very thorough and honest. While they could have just installed a shut off valve, they informed me that there actually WAS a shut off valve on the hot water heater and I had been given wrong information. This was the recommendation to address low water pressure in a tankless hot water heater. I appreciate All Plumbing quick scheduling to check for low pressure in a water heater.
