All Pro Appliance Repair

Called for an appointment to check an issue with my Whirlpool washer. The person that answered the phone was very polite and professional and stated that she could get me on the schedule that day.The technicians (Paul & Ocean) came out that same day to check out the washer. Within minutes the problem was diagnosed (bad struts) and the parts were promptly ordered. When the parts arrived (one day) Paul & Ocean were back at my house explaining to me what they were going to do and within an hour had the washer repaired and put thru a test cycle. These guys are a great team .... Great Company

Be careful ! Had a technician come out to service a dryer that was making a very loud vibrating sound - unfortunately for me he “wasn’t able to find a problem” and charged me his $179 service fee for conducting the normal services for the dryer. I called the company back explaining that the dryer was still making an awful sound and requested a second opinion. I was berated and told that dryers “age” and make a sound and that since the dryer was still drying and heating it was working. I went back and forth with the gentleman and was basically told we trust our technicians he did everything he could and they would not be sending another tech out ! I was furious and called another company out to inspect the unit- thankfully this company not only determined that the motor was going on our dry

I called earlier today and spoke with Shawn and set up an appointment for the following day. He returned my call shortly after with a estimate and asked if Paul could come later today as he was running ahead of schedule. This is the second time I've use All Pro for my older washer and hopefully it will continue to run for many more years to come. All Pro is professional, fairly priced and honest. I would recommend them for any appliance repairs with no hesitation. Thanks guys! I hope you stay around and maintain your business integrity.

We needed our washer repaired, and, I called All Pro Appliance Repair after seeing very favorable reviews on Nextdoor! Brian came out the same day, did a rush order for the part needed, and, returned as soon as it came in! All fixed in just a few days! Great repairman, with a great personality to boot, makes us very happy customers! Highly recommended!
