I called during morning hours to request a repair service for my garage door and was greeted very nicely and advised that a repair technician would be out between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm the same day. I thought this was great and adjusted my day so that I could be home at 3:00 pm. At 2:00 pm I received a call from the technician “Cody” who advised that he would be at my home in 10 minutes. I told Cody that I was not home and explained that my appointment time that was provided was between 3:00-4:00. Cody responded by saying that he could try to wait around but couldn’t guarantee it. Cody then told me he would call someone that he works for to see if he could. I said, ok and asked if he could please call me back to let me know if he can come back at the scheduled time I was provided. It seemed

Cody was amazing. He was quick to identify and fix the problem. He installed a new opener and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend!
