Had an aging roof and had John give me an estimate. In doing so, he discovered a huge hole in the back of my chimney from a raccoon. Unlike the other roofers, he was more than happy to fix the chimney and replace the roof. Due to possible rain damage, he scheduled me quickly and added a tarp preventing water leaks in the meantime. I filed an insurance claim for the chimney damage, and he spoke to Allstate on my behalf. On the roof install/chimney repair day, he and his crew worked from 7:30am until 9pm. John was on site for the entire day. He and his crew were hard-working, professional, and friendly. In addition, John offered to return in the fall to trap the raccoon at no charge.
