I wish every service I needed had this company’s honesty and integrity. AC stopped working, we knew it was original. We braced for the worst, a new system. Called Doug, he was honest and got it working by replacing the motor at a fraction of the cost of a new system. He has never tried to push anything that was not needed. He did warn me that soon we would need a new unit, as it was 21yrs old. His honesty and integrity impressed me, and his reasonable price prompted me to call him for Service every Spring and Fall in hopes of keeping that unit alive for as long as possible. We had an issue with our older HVAC unit and were looking for someone to come out, diagnose and service. The other larger firms only wanted to replace and would not visit without a fee and could not make it for 2 or more days. I found Doug with All Pro. He was able to visit same day, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and we had cold air again that day. More than 2 weeks later, everything is still working great. Doug saved our summer. I highly recommend.

Our A/C unit was on its last leg and time for a new replacement. All Pro Mechanical done past work for us. Since Doug was always professional, polite, and very timely showing up, I gave him a call and provide him with some information on the units. The same day Doug provided me with a great quote for a new unit. The day of service Doug and his crew were on-time, and as always very professional. The work was completed in a very reasonable time, and most important the air feels absolutely great! Now we can enjoy our home in the summer!

I've used doug at all pro for 3 of our HVAC units. His team does an amazing job - their duct work is super clean and they leave the space better than they found it. Their prices are always more than fair as well. I have one more unit that will need to be replaced and I will definitely call Doug when it's time.
