Similar to others that have had poor experiences, we lost $1,000 to this crook. Put down a 50% deposit in January 2018 (my mistake obviously) for an extremely basic chain link fence. Was told there was 2 jobs ahead of me and our fence should be up in a couple weeks. After extremely poor and unprofessional communication via text (James will NOT answer the phone once he has your cash) for the next 3 months and multiple failed promises of installation dates, I requested my deposit back in April 2018. James refused a refund as if his lack of professionalism was my problem, not his. I filed a complaint with BBB that he ignored. The man is a fraud. It is most unfortunate that Google doesn't allow you to give a zero or negative "star" rating. Giving one star, at least to me, would imply that at least something went right. That is not the case with this "company." Calling it a "company" is perhaps an injustice to other legitimate companies. We entered an agreement with this joke of a "company" in May 2018. The guy that is running the show came to our home, measured what we were asking him to do, and gave us a very good price quote. He told us that he had a mini-storage that he kept his vinyl in because he could get it directly from a vendor's manufacturing facility and it was cheap, so he stockpiled it. This is a long review, sorry but I wanted to make sure I conveyed just how poor my experience has been: On March 9th I entered a contract to have a chain-link fence removed and a new 6 foot semi-piracy fence installed. He asked for money upfront for the materials. He stated he had 2 other projects coming up at the end of the month and he was getting a bulk quote through Home Depot for the best price. Only giving a star because I have too in order to leave a review. First of all, I would NOT consider this company a legit business. They told me and my husband 2 different stories, continuously lied about materials and gave every excuse possible not to come and do the job we paid half down on. We paid for vinyl, after already telling my husband he had materials, later told him he was having issues with his vendor getting the materials. Had a churches tree to fall on my fence I call get quotes, all safe looked liked they'd get the job, until they looked high tried bribing me to get the job. I tried to let him down easy, but he said we breached a contract by a text from me saying looks like I'm going to have someone else do the fence. Calling cussing called the church threatening everyone...my advice stay away from this company.
