All Season Rooms

I had my lanai expanded and floor raised right at the beginning of COVID. Chips team did an outstanding job! Professional and courteous. The professional attitude did not stop there they have stood by their work answering questions and responding to concerns!!!

I was looking for a motorized pergola and saw an All Season Rooms ad in the newspaper. Gave then a call and Chip the owner came out to look at where I wanted it and gave me a quote. I wanted to see one in person to see how it worked and he gave me three of his customers numbers who I called. All three customers invited me to their homes to look at their pergolas in person. They all had nothing but good words to say about Chip and his company. Chip also invited me to come look at his pergola in his backyard to get an idea on different colors for the louvers. Chip (owner) is extremely knowledgeable about the room enclosure (window industry). My finished room enclosure is spectacular! His company is top notch. (a little higher than competitors, but very well worth it) His installation crew are awesome—impeccable cleanup. Chip even arranges for a window cleaning service to make those windows sparkle when your room is completed. Chip is never too busy to stop and answer your questions and he always returns calls. We hired All Season Room to enclose our lanai this spring (2025). A dear friend who used them a few years ago highly recommended them. We knew it wouldn’t be cheap to enclose our western-facing lanai, but we wanted it done right. We couldn’t be happier with our finished (CAT III) room. When we got the quote, I was interested in “extras” like high-energy windows, more glass, electrical outlets, and the most efficient HVAC system. It was great to see that any extras we wanted were already included. EVERYTHING was top-notch! It’s a bit eerie out back now because even during heavy rain, it’s so quiet. Chip and his crew did a truly wonderful job in turning my never-used lanai into a beautiful sunroom I now spend most of my day in. Besides the great workmanship and materials, I was really impressed by Chip's integrity, honesty and helpfulness. Dealing with him was always a pleasure and he always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question or concern. The real test came last night, when hurricane Milton blew through our area. I ended up losing a number of shingles from my existing roof, but my new sunroom came through the storm bone dry and completely unscathed...thanks, Chip!
