All Seasons Landscaping & Snowplowing

Paid $1,000 cash upfront for seasonal plowing of two driveways. This company consistently failed to show up. My driveway was plowed only twice all winter, and only after I repeatedly called to complain. Every other storm I was left to shovel myself. On New Year’s Eve, they “plowed” my 79-year-old aunt’s driveway by pushing all the snow directly against her garage door, trapping her inside her home. On another occasion, they did not plow at all during a medical emergency, making it difficult for first responders to access the driveway. My experience so far has not been positive. During the week of snow in late January, we had two days above the three inch threshold (West Seneca) for coming to plow according to NOAA (Jan 22, 4-4.5 inches and 26 8-9.5 inches). No one came out to clear snow. I called the business on February 2 at 1016 in the morning to ask about it and was told I would get a call back by the end of the day. I called back on February 3 at 1415 and left a message because I had not heard back. I called back again February 5 at 1534 and still did not get an answer as to why no one came to plow. During this call, I was told that they hadn't had a chance to get the logs, and that sometimes customers think there is more snow than there is. I informed them I was only asking about the two days. I’ve used Rich and his his team for years. I always go back to him every spring. Don’t waste your time calling other people that will rate you based on your zip code and what they feel for the day. Rich has charged me the exact same price for many years. His work is a photo finish when it’s done in my opinion as well. I also have a lot of dead trees on my property. He takes care of them with zero hesitation and the very best priced out there with tree removal. I will never use anyone else period. I am happy to have him at my house every spring.

I called and asked for bids on a couple properties to snow plow The guy said Thursday I will be out that way and would be able to give me a price. Gave him my email address for the bids. I call him up a week later asking where the bids were and he said something happened and ill look at them this week. Never heard from the guy again. Wouldn't waste my time, effort or money on this guy.

Had sod put in 7/5/24 the employees and owner were professional friendly and did a great clean up job they even put my potted plants back Extra kudos to the owner as he took my calls after hours
