I have used them for many years. They just saved me a lot of money with the furnace maintenance. Kevin was great and he is knowledgeable and caring. I’m always pleased with their work. I get appointments expeditiously. Before my new furnace was put in they kept my 28 year old furnace working. Great work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - CARBON MONOXIDE I’m honestly shocked at how careless and dangerous their work turned out to be. After they “fixed” my heat, it proceeded to shut off on the coldest day of the year. I brought in another company to take a look, and the tech’s carbon monoxide detector went off in my attic. Let me say that again..... CARBON MONOXIDE was filling the attic because of the way the original setup was done. On inspection they found the furnace condensation box and drain line had been snapped off. All Seasons used seal-tight to bypass the box and installed a temporary pump. The way the system was rigged was allowing flue gasses to vent directly into the attic space. Carbon Monoxide readings up to 30ppm were coming from the tubing. I gave them 2 only because their service was very pleasant to speak with, however the rude office employee made me quickly decide to go elsewhere. They false advertise that they do emergency appointments. Knowing the large local company I work for and the severity you think they would have been more considerate, pleasant, and professional. The woman in the office needs a lesson on proper customer care. If you want fast service do not use them

0/5 star experience with All Seasons. Look elsewhere. I moved into a house that was already using All Seasons for annual maintenance. When the inspection revealed that there was a rusted out drip pan in one of the HVAC units in the attic, I asked All Seasons to come check it out. They were "confused" about my scheduling e-mails because I was coordinating the dates with the renter who was still living there at the time. Then when they came, they said that the best solution would be to paint the drip pan. Since my efforts to schedule were "confusing", I decided to get a second opinion. The other company came to look and told me that if I had just painted the pan in the attic, I could have been looking at a MAJOR LEAK through my attic ceiling in the months to come.
