Had to get a moving company at the last minute and my needs kept changing. Rich and his employees were very flexible, helpful, and fair. I'd recommend All Star to anyone I know in need of moving services in NYC and would definitely use them in the future.

All-Star Moving & Storage exceeded every expectation. I’ve always dreaded moving, but they managed to turn what is usually a stressful process into something surprisingly smooth—and even enjoyable. From my very first call with Rich for the estimate, I could tell the team approached their work with thoughtfulness and care. On moving day, Lendell and his crew arrived right on time, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly how I wanted in my new home. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness throughout the process. I can’t recommend All-Star Moving & Storage highly enough.

These movers live up to their name - they are true all stars!!! With our move two weeks ago, they were on time, efficient, and put us at ease right from the start. They took incredible care with two antique (and sentimental) pieces that we wanted to make sure would arrive safely. All of our belongings arrived in perfect condition. The movers took time to help us at our new place even giving us great advice about positioning certain pieces of furniture. They wanted to make sure we were completely happy with everything and we were! They even took great care to put felt pads on all of our furniture's legs so our wood floors wouldn't get scratched. The All Star team was friendly and professional from start to finish. They have our highest recommendation!

This is the 3rd time we have used All Star to move members of our family, and, as always, they were top-notch! The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed; they are also patient with questions and quick to call with any change of plans or contact. The movers themselves were strong, efficient, flexible, and both very polite and very grateful for bottles of cold water. The foremen for our move (which took place over two days) were helpful on everything from tipping to managing my stress. Their attitude could not have been better, despite a need to re-pack a storage unit the first day and an unforeseen delay at the very end of the second day. Last but not least, we were able to use lightly-used boxes (at a lower cost), and the company will pick up unpacked boxes after a move.
