I was very disappointed with my recent experience with All-Star Pest Control in Columbus, GA. I was charged for a service that, based on my home security camera footage, I do not believe was completed. The technician rang my doorbell, returned to her car, left for a short period, then came back and remained in the vehicle. At no point did my cameras show her treating my yard. When I went to the office to discuss this and offer to show the footage, I was spoken to in an extremely disrespectful manner. The owner raised his voice, refused to listen to my explanation, and stated that he would believe his technician regardless of what I said. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer. He then directed me to speak with his son, which was very kind, but they still refuse to revie
