They are great! Always so professional and easy to deal with. They work to get you in as quickly as possible. They really know their stuff and fix issues quickly! They also are completely honest and keep costs down as much as possible. Love using them as my plumber!

After moving into my new home, I experience a back up in the lines which caused major flooding on my first floor. This was due to plumbing issues and revealed even more issues. All Star (John and Robbie) were amazing! They worked endlessly to figure out how to best solve the problem(s), and to make sure it wasn't going to be super expensive. Their personal concern and continued follow up were really appreciated and I will call them if I ever need any plumbing help again, whether or not it is covered by my warranty! They were prompt, cleaned up after (which is a huge issues with many contractors/service providers), and they went the extra mile to do research and buy a new "bit" so they could do the job required at my property. Eternally grateful! :)

A technician named Tito came to my house for a few things. One of which was to replace a bath/shower diverter stem. He removed the old one and stated “wow, this is such an old part, you can’t even find these anymore”. Then he proceeded to give me a $1500 quote to open up the wall and replace all of the plumbing. Two days later I sent a pic of the diverter to a locally recommended plumbing company, who gave me the part number immediately. I found the part online, ordered it, replaced it myself with the help of YouTube university, and now there’s no leak. Tito is a lazy and lying plumber, which likely represents a lousy company. Would never use them again. The only reason I did to begin with was because I was going through my home warranty company and was assigned to them. Do better.

I've hired All Star plumbing through an home insurance to fix a common valve leakeage problem that was found during an home inspection. A week before the settlement, the plumber came and claimed that a rubber packing was replaced and the problem seemed addressed at the time. On the day of the settlement, the buyer called and complaint that the leak still occurs and flooded half of my basement. Upset and aggrvated I've called the All Star requesting to send someone quickly, but they said I had to wait 3 days. Luckly I got hold of other plumber and he came and fixed the problem right next day. He speculated that there was no evidence of rubber repacking job performed on the valve. Basically All Star charged me and insurance company for doing nothing. I would like to let all of consumers out

Plumber arrived promptly on scheduled day. He completed the work well and charged us a fair price. Highly recommend.
