Lowe's Same Day Service! No hot water (!) on Monday morning of the New Year 2026 holiday week. I confirmed that our 15 year-old Kenmore® Power Miser 6 water heater was toast. (Thank you Sears! We miss you...) But through my nearest Lowe's store (Murrieta) I purchased an A.O. Smith direct replacement water heater, and for installation was referred to All Star Water Heaters Inc. From there, with instant communication from dispatcher Josh and Jonathan's arrival and expert installation beginning less than an hour later, it all seemed too good to be true. Fast, friendly, professional and skillful. A superior solution to a BIG problem, during the Holidays, in less than 4 hours!

This review is based on a service I received in March 2023. I purchased a water heater from Lowes and they contracted with All Star for an in-home installation service. All Star showed up on time and was easy to work with. I did not get a name of the gentleman but he was very kind and knowledgeable. He also invented his own dolly to remove and transport a water heater which save the amount of time. I also received a city permit in the mail and inspection was completed with no issue. The new water heater he installled is working properly. 5 STARS

Jonathan C. did an outstanding job servicing our water heater. He skillfully diagnosed the issue and replaced the necessary sections to improve its overall efficiency. His work was clean, timely, and professional. We noticed a significant improvement in performance right away. Jonathan clearly takes pride in his work and ensures everything is running smoothly before he leaves. I highly recommend him for any plumbing or water heater needs!

I can’t say enough about how extremely satisfied I am with the installation of my new water heater by All Star Water Heaters. Our water heater ended up going out last night. I really did not want to do the repair or replacement myself. I did a lot of research online, and read many reviews. From this, I found All Star Water Heaters Inc. of Menifee. They had great reviews. I gave them a call this morning and Jeff answered the phone. I explained what was going on with my water heater. Jeff went through and explained to me all of my options, and the costs upfront. We decided to get a new water heater with them, as ours was over 10 years old. They got us a Bradford White 50 gallon water heater, made in the U.S.A. They would also replace every hose, line, and drip pan. He would also be able to get a technician out to our house later today. We decided to go this route. Jeff gave me a timeline and our technicians name. O
