I contacted All-Tech Plumbing and Heating for advice on a failing and aging HVAC system. It was professionally diagnosed, and Jesse‘s recommendation was a new dual-fuel Bosch heat pump heating and air conditioning system. I learned that a heat pump system is a very efficient heating system that utilizes the air outside and pumps it into your house without the use of fossil fuels or a heating element in conjunction with my propane heater when it gets really cold. I cannot say enough good things about All-Tech. We were without heat and hot water during the coldest time of the year. Knowing it was likely a burner issue on our boiler, we called All-Tech who responded the same day. Jesse and Chris were professional, knowledgeable, fair, and kind. Wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, furnace has never run more efficiently, and they did a great job. Furnace is finicky at best, after having multiple other companies fail, all tech came through with A+ service in 8 degree weather at the end of the day. The furnace was misfiring short cycling just pitching a fit. They could have gone home for the night, they could have charged me an obscene price, they did not. Excellentcommunication, reasonable prices, professional, timely knowledgeable service! I recommend them to anyone who asks, I will be calling them every year to do a pre cleaning and tune up before winter hits, it saved me over a tank of oil this season alone! Saved me more money in oil than the visit cost that's what I call service!!

On time professional service. We had a great experience with All-Tech. A few valves on our furnace needed replacement after a bit of water passed from the relief valve. They came out, diagnosed the issues and had the furnace up and running very quickly and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need quality service
