I was stopped by the self checkout employee, who dug through the box in my cart for an extended amount of time, looking for stolen items. She really dug around in it, putting her entire arm down into the box and feeling around all sides of it. She later came over again as I began my second transaction, accusing me of not ringing in an item in my cart, insinuating that I was planning on stealing it. I told her I was doing two transactions (one business expense, one personal). Aggrieved by the repeated accusatory actions, I asked her if she'd "like to go through my pockets while she was at it", and told her to "take it down a notch". She then screamed at me at the top of her lungs, "NEVER HAS ANYONE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT DOWN A NOTCH!!!", then began screaming for help like she was being atta

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Went to Lowe’s for a warranty return on a Kobalt hand tool. Turns out the tool is currently unavailable (per Lowe’s sales associate and Kobalt corporate) So I asked for a store credit so I could get another brand in store. Was told “Not an option”. I was told to purchase the tool online and have it shipped to the store and they would give me a credit when it arrives. So I asked if it’s in the system as “delivery to be determined “ what do I do if it doesn’t arrive to the purple hair customer service rep? The response was “we will wait and see”. A call to corporate with a conference call to Kobalt and they both stated I should have received a store credit. (Which I requested by the way when I was there) and purple hair said no. I asked an associate upon entering the store who was working the. Registers, where is the plumbing? She did not know it had to go ask someone else who also did not know. I just started walking into the store and started looking for myself. When I got there, I chose the items I wanted. And went back to the front of the store to check out. When I got there, one of the items I was buying was not properly tagged. So the associate looked it up online upon which finding 2 prices, 1 for 14. and 1 for $21. Respectively, I told him that I would go back and look for Myself. When I found it, it was $7. Product knowledge and being familiar with the departments in the store and proper pricing is the minimum standard.

Get rid of the Sunrun sales people here. They are ruthless and don't give up after you tell them no. I love this lowes and go there multiple times a week, but im gonna go else where if they leave there, or don't stop their high pressure sales. Don't need to be followed around the store after telling them no on multiple other occasions
