All-Temp Heating and Cooling

Huge thank you to All-Temp . Our furnace went out and when we called different places to see about getting it fixed , they either couldn't get anyone out or just wanted to make us buy a whole new furnace at $12,000. Someone recommended All-Temp and when we called , Jenny who answers the phone got someone out there in like 30 minutes. Jenny was so nice and helpful and really listened to what we had to say. The technician, Evan ,sure knew what he was doing and we felt very confident he could help us as our furnace is older then its life expectancy. They ordered the part, (a new motor) it came in even sooner then anticipated and Evan came over right away and put the new motor in and then checked everything thoroughly and made some needed adjustments .We now have heat again and truly appreci

All-Temp did right by me. Chris and Sebastian were timely, professional, explained what they were doing clearly and were great to deal with. Jenny, in the office, was a delight to work with and kept me well informed on status. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend All-Temp!

The guys were polite, friendly, and seemed to be thorough in their evaluation of my system. They were out within a day of my contacting the office. The diagnostic was done as part of a promotion offering "free diagnostic" (* if you had a $299+ repair performed). Little deceptive advertising. They offered a service plan (which doesn't appear to be a savings from basic service call) but didn't push it. The recommended repairs seem to be over priced and it was not clear how actually "necessary" they are. However, they did take time to discuss and explain my system beyond what they "did" in their diagnostic checklist. It is hard to give a full evaluation until I see if their recommended repairs make any noticable improvements.

This company was extremely responsive to our problem. They found the issues and those were subsequently resolved in a very timely manner. Their prices are good, techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Estimates arrived quickly. I can definitely recommend them as trustworthy and skilled. Guys (and gal), thank you!
