These guys did a fabulous job!! They came out within a couple hours of my call to pump out my backed up septic tank. Then went above and beyond right on the spot to fix a big unanticipated clog for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much! Much appreciated! 10/10 recommend!

I called from North Carolina because my mom who lives in Staunton had an issue with her house and from the lady that answers, to the guys that do the work, it was a great experience. When the gentleman called me to discuss the prices, he was so helpful and even offered to take his bilingual employee so my mom could communicate better with them. He said they would be there within the hour and were there within 30 mins. Super fast and good at what they do. Overall, great customer service, great communication skills and great work. Would definitely recommend and use for future septic pumping.

Hugill's was wonderful. I called because of a septic smell in the house and they came 3 hours later. They pumped the system quickly, verified it was working after, and troubleshot our sump pump as well. Would definitely recommend.

First of all they missed the first appointment to pump our septic tank and had to reschedule. I understand that, stuff happens. However, the driver was rude and indignant that they would have to dig. Even though we were willing to pay for it. Then when they did show up for the next appointment they mocked my wife for us not knowing exactly where the septic tank access was on our new build. IDC where it is, I want it pumped! The lady on the phone was much nicer in explaining, but the field guys could use a lesson on customer service. Oh yeah, I was verbally quoted $300 for any tank + $150 to dig. Then when they finish I get a call and she explains that our tank was double sized and they have to double the fee. Wonderful service!! Showed up less than an hour after I called on a holiday! Price was very reasonable. Very happy with Hugills. Will definitely use again and would recommend!!!!
