Another long over-due review. Unlike my review for another competing company, I'll keep this one short and sweet. Simply put, their tech (Forrest) knew what he was doing. Unlike the other company, he knew the basics of his trade, and was able to diagnose a more complicated issue I was having as well. I couldn't recommend any more. Why the star off? Simple. I wasn't happy with the quote I received that seemingly amounted to $150/hr labor X 4 guys to complete the task (around ~$700 for perhaps an hour of work and <$100 in parts to replace an emergency drain pan).

I had a complete duct work redo and two Trane air conditioners replacing one small unit that wasn't cooling our home at all. The employees were great! Shout out to Evan who built a stand for one of the air conditioners that was on a slope and to Forrest who was the site super. Forrest came often to check on the progress. After the install he personally came to adjust a couple of the vents.

Excellent service, very informnable. Will definitely use again. Al temp to always , guys are top notch. Leaders of the industry. Receptionist very welcoming.
