Update: Mike and Rick came out to do the furnace installation and they were great! Furnace is super quiet and I was given all the paperwork on how to do a NIPSCO rebate and get money back for being energy efficient! Very happy with our choice in companies! Mike came out to do a quote and was awesome. He listened to the concerns of myself and my husband and provided a great estimate.

Very happy so far! What a nice difference in service. The owner came and gave the estimate, he has the right approach in customer service! Impressed with the knowledge and expertise and impressed with the prompt, professional returned calls by someone who speaks well and clearly. Wonderful to have our HVAC system that works awesome! Super quiet too. We don't hear it when it comes on but, you sure can feel it working lol...Highly suggest calling All Temp!

Spoke to multiple AC companies this spring to replace our ancient AC unit. All Temp was by far the most professional that we spoke with and we felt very comfortable choosing them. On the day of install the guys were very professional and answered every question I had. The owner even came out in the morning to make sure everything was ready and that I was comfortable. One tech even helped me set up the app for our new thermostat. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left for the day. Unit has been great since we got it. Thought there was a leak shortly after it was installed and they rushed out immediately to make sure everything was ok (turns out it was just some tape falling off on one of the pipes). I could not be more satisfied with the process of securing my replacement furnace / air conditioner system from All Temp. The installation crew along with Mike the owner were respectful, answered all questions I had and completed the work in one day. After contacting 5 local heating and air conditioning contractors I chose All Temp because of the product they install and their careful quoting process to make sure I purchased a system that would meet my heating and air conditioning needs for the next several years. Thus far the system has performed well and even in our recent extreme high temperatures the air conditioning cools effectively (+/- 1 degree) and keeps up without running constantly. Thanks Mike.

Do not recommend. They put in a new furnace in one part of our building and cut all the old gas lines just so they had a new line running to their appliance. They passed inspection and when this was discovered later on, they would not take responsibility for it and just said the old lines would have leaked (without testing). All of my other appliances were disconnected, and when someone else came in to correct their mistake, turns out the new gas line they installed to the furnace had a leak. Their line was never pressurized. Had we had the gas turned back on, we could have had a serious gas leak. Would not trust this company to do work again.
