All-Tex Waste Water Services

I had scheduled for Clint to come out and change out my HOOT board/control panel today at 4pm. I confirmed via a text yesterday including my address as Clint had asked that I do. He said he would call at 3 today when he heads my way. NO CALL. When I called and texted today NO Response. I called at 3:45pm spoke to the office, they were going to see where he was and get back to me as I live in Cleveland and they are located in Kountz.....he should have been on his way. It is now 5pm and I have heard from no one after multiple attempts to reach Clint and the office. They quit answering the phone after my call with the office where they were going to see where Clint was. This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to leave work early to meet them at 4pm. Had All-Tex Install a Hoot-Aerobic System and as a having issues with in the past with other sewer systems The Hoot system exceeds them hands down. Cliff told me it would take 2 days for my system to be installed and to my delight they completed the job in one day and one employee worked til 8 at night to finish the job.

In some ways, I cannot thank Cliff Chambers for working with me to pay for repairs. On the other hand, saturday. 4/18 was the third day I waited for him to pump my tanks.. 1st time waited all day. No show'no call. Second scheduled appointment waited all day and a phone call at 6:45 pm tellimg me he would not be here but will be the first thing in the morning the next dayl Again no show, no call! He alsohas very unprofessional techs.

There is NOTHING good about Cliff. Not mentioning that you will wait for him for weeks, he will lie in your face and then send you bills for work he never done. He is at the bottom. Take my advise: stay away, unless you are willing to end up with something like these:

This company did a job for a friend. Left the dirt un even, left exposed PVC, terrible work ethic, left the yard a complete mess. Didnt follow any of the planning that had been previously discussed. All around terrible experience for him.
