I’ve used this company for a couple of years and was paying $45/month for their lawn treatment plan. Unfortunately, this summer (July–October ) a weed issue went untreated and ended up overtaking most of my grass. I only got real attention after escalating the concern myself. A supervisor visited, openly acknowledged that the service had fallen short, and refunded two months of payments — which I appreciated. He also explained that the lawn is now damaged enough that it will need to be completely re-sodded next spring(my expense). At the moment, my yard is patchy, brown, and in far worse shape than before, (I’ve had this yard for 17 years) yet I still continue to receive calls to book additional treatments. I met Kyle as he was preparing to service my yard. He is a friendly and courteous man. He explained what my treatment was intended to accomplish and asked if I had any questions. This is my first treatment using ALL TURF and I think I am going to be pleased.

Thomas did a fine job. He listen to my requests & was careful to avoid any overspray around our tender flowers & mini-pond in the back yard. Y’all’s treatments over the last year helped us win Yard of the Month☺️ That silly award was NOT a goal, just an appreciated little recognition for caring for our property. (…in contrast to the neighbors yard filled with weeds.) We were SHOCKED at the difference. One more thing, sometimes you think, “oh I will skip it this season, does it really make a difference?” NOW I know why not to skip treatments.

Switched to All Turf earlier this year. I was unhappy with my prior service. So far-so good. Lawn has improved. Looking fwd to how it will look this spring. The tech is respectful of my property and ensures my gates are closed to keep my dog from getting out. Happy I made this change Update:Jan '26 Still happy. Respectful tech here today to apply lime. Trustin from All Turf Technician did an outstanding job on my lawn. He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave helpful advice on how to keep my turf looking great between visits. The attention to detail really stood out — everything looks clean, healthy, and well cared for. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and customer-focused these days.
