Call to have somebody come out and look at my air unit and they said someone would be out between one and 3 PM. Nobody ever showed up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

I would strongly caution anyone considering this heating and cooling company. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, their customer service is terrible. They never return phone calls. We left multiple messages over several days and had to keep chasing them down just to get a response, and still no response. When you’re dealing with heating or cooling issues, timely communication is important, and they simply do not provide it. The central air conditioner they installed was done improperly. Not long after installation, we started having issues that should not happen with a brand-new system.
