Before he even began, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain modern pest-control techniques in a way that was clear and reassuring. We walked room-to-room identifying potential pest entry points, and he encouraged me to share any areas of concern. Once we aligned on the plan, Carl got to work and thoroughly treated both the interior and exterior. Throughout the visit, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure my home was protected.
