From start to finish, Robert and his team Juan and Nick were extremely professional and efficient. I had a water completely give out and leak and I found Problem Solved online and saw they were veteran owned and as a disabled veteran myself, I called right away. Robert was out in less than 24 hours to check everything out and set me up for repairs and replacement. This morning they were here on time and went straight to work. So fast, I couldn’t believe how they were able to do it all so easily. I now have a brand new upgraded water heater and no leaks thanks the Problem Solved. I absolutely will recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs plumbing, electrical or HVAC work done on their home. They are now my go to for all future repairs. Thank yall so much!

Great experience! I had a gas smell in my house after we replaced the electronics on our water heater. Everything seemed seated but there was a strong gas odor. Rob helped check for leaks and got it seated correctly. It was late on a Friday afternoon and he was able to fit us in quickly. And the price was not exorbitant We really appreciate it! Thank you!
