Boatman Carpet One Floor & Home

My wife and I have been looking for flooring and read reviews on local dealers. After seeing great reviews for Boatman Carpet One we selected to go with them. After having laminate installed and new carpet in our bedrooms I completely understand why the reviews were positive. This has been the best experience we have had with flooring yet. They worked around our schedule, even putting the laminate in days before the 4th of July. As for the carpet they again worked around our schedule and had the carpet completed in less than a day. Each crew made sure that they walked us around their work, and this was after making sure that everything was completely cleaned. Working with Ken has been fantastic. Wow- this was our first time coming to Boatman and we were lucky enough to meet Ken Boatman. We came needing some carpet for a project for our 14 year old dog Angie- he’s a fellow dog lover. We had a few choices selected from their website. Ken was a great advisor and extremely personable, and he recommended a better option perfect for what we needed. My wife wandered around and got a lot more ideas for other home projects. We’ll be back.

I went to a different carpet place and they didn’t seem to want to help me. Went to Boatman’s and Ken greeted us and we told him what we were looking for, came and measured after he got off work and had it installed in a week, only was waiting for the carpet to be delivered. His employees were very friendly and knowledgeable and my carpet is wonderful! Feels like walking on a cloud!! I am overjoyed with the services I received and at a great price! Highly recommend them and they have a lifetime customer and more floors to do for us and I cannot wait!!

Awesome experience from start to finish. We were replacing carpet with tile in our master due to a spill. Ken Boatman, one of the owners, wrote us an estimate right there in the store based off my measurements. He then gave us a discount! He found matching tile in Houston and set up the install for about a week later. Prior to the install, he had one of his employees come to the house and remove the damaged carpet and pad at the spill spot and then treat the slab underneath. A few days later, Jose and his crew showed up (on time) and installed the tile over the next two days. Their work was outstanding! Boatman not only had a large selection of carpet, but also had a variety of foam mats to chose to help cushion the carpet. Mr. Ken was helpful in explaining the different levels of carpet & foam. They give accurate estimation so there is no surprises in cost. Communication with Boatman Carpet was easy and prompt throughout the process to update me when the carpet would be arriving to be installed. The installer, José,was punctual, polite and professional! The carpet looks great and feels amazing to walk on.
