We had a service request from the warranty company for two specific appliances. The service technician was dispatched from All Valley Appliances. When he arrived he was very rude and dismissive. He refused to work on one appliance saying it wasn’t on the work order, when it was indeed on the work order that he read out loud to me. I called the warranty company and they confirmed both appliances were on the order. I relayed this info to the tech and he said he would only do one. I called the appliance company and they told us to disassemble the appliance and order new knobs and they would complete the order. We obliged. They returned and the same tech was dispatched. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the service I received four days ago. The technician who came to our home did not speak English, which made communication extremely difficult, and his attitude was unprofessional. He pressured me to sign paperwork without clearly explaining the diagnosis, which I did not understand. After the visit, when we contacted their company, we were told that the technician was unable to access the back of the refrigerator to diagnose the issue. This is incorrect. The technician pulled the refrigerator out and checked behind it. Despite this, the paperwork states that the compressor needs to be replaced, which is confusing and concerning given the information we were later provided. The company is extremely unresponsive. My repair request was placed through American Home Shield, and their technician who was assigned to my work was not professional: During the visit, they had to video call someone else to help diagnose the issue, which raised serious concerns about their expertise. They also entered my home with dirty shoes, leaving marks on my floor (attached photo). I had to clean the flooring after they left. It has now been 16+ days without a working fridge, and the company has still not submitted the diagnostic report to AHS for authorization. And when I call their office with the provided phone number, no one responds. Very disappointing service overall. I cannot recommend this provider.

toady is 12/4/25 I spoke with Nancy whom did not provide her last name her customer service was honorable I was trying to find out information from my work order from 11/14 for my microwave missing part and she stated that the case has been closed and has been placed in the archived files and that she is not going to dig in her archived files. I proceeded to ask her her managers name she said Steve and I asked to speak to him and she said that he heard her inform me that the case has been closed. I ask for his managers name and she placed me on hold for about a minute came back on the line and ask me if I had the copy of my invoice I stated yes and she said it should be on there I told her it was not she said to go look in my microwave and look for the model number there. Great experience! They were able to get me in right away and the tech (Sasha) was early, super nice, and set me up with a workaround so I can use my appliance until an electrician can come out (he didn’t do anything wrong. It just turned out to be an issue requiring a different specialty) which I REALLY appreciated.
