He met me same day, explained everything extremely well, gave me a very good price, and arranged for installation to occur within a few days of signing. Shaun, tech, was exceptional. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable of mechanics of equipment and was skilled at explaining any issues so that I (aging customer) could understand. He answered all questions and made recommendations w/o making you feel he was pressuring you to agree to his suggestions. Great service. Called Monday morning, tech arrived Monday afternoon. He had to order a part and was back on Tuesday at noon to install it. I was kept informed every step of the way incl being called and emailed when the technician was en route to our location. The technician Peter was very knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to do business with him and the company.
