I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with All Ways Construction following a recent experience that was nothing short of a disaster. We hired them to replace the plaster ceiling in the kitchen of our historic home, choosing them based on Kevin's initial impression of kindness and competence, as he boasted about their work on other historic homes nearby. Unfortunately, this decision has led to a series of issues that I feel compelled to share to warn others. First and foremost, the timeline for the project was over twice as long as we were originally told. What was supposed to be a straightforward renovation turned into a prolonged ordeal, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced. The quality of work was equally disappointing. Great company! We were getting ready to close on our house but the shower was found to be leaking, causing internal water damage. They squeezed us in and did complete demo and a beautiful remodel just in time for closing. They communicate well and are a pleasure to work with.

We have been been very impressed with the effort shown thus far from All Ways Construction in our effort to find flooring we like. Desirea, and Kevin who works for her, have shown us sample after sample of flooring after visiting our home and helping us decide exactly what type of flooring would best suit our needs. We have changed our minds a few times, and they have stuck with us. After speaking with many other contractors, we will certainly stick with All Ways Construction once we finalize our flooring choice. Des went above and beyond to repair damages done by another contractor at our home. She and her team were honest and professional, and always made sure I knew what was happening with each step of the repairs. Will definitely use All Ways Construction in the future for any work we need done on our home!
