ALLCARE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

I would like to give them zero stars but unfortunately I can’t go that low. I fell into an unfortunate situation where allcare replaced the entire furnace approximately a year ago at my home. You would think that everything would be under warranty including their labor. Unfortunately, when I reached out to them they didn’t want to come to my home because they no longer service this area as it was too far away. One would think that a business would at least have the integrity to come troubleshoot and determine what the issue is with a service that they provided. As a result I had to have other companies come and determine what the issue was and all of them told me that I should reach out to the original company i.e. allcare maintenance to come fix it since they installed it. Out of frustra

All around pleasure to business with. When my AC went down took a chance and glad I did. Easy to use appointments online fast response. Came yesterday diagnose the problem had it fixed today. Highly recommended.

I called them on Wednesday, tech came out that day reviewed our needs gave an estimate that was reasonable. Scheduled work for Saturday morning. They arrived on time and completed work before noon. Left work areas clean. We are very h as ppl with their service and highly recommend them
