Cinch home warranty sent a hvac company to repair my furnace and they couldn't figure it out after 2 days of troubleshooting. Cinch reassigned it to cool heatings and Chris came out the next day. He diagnosed and repaired my furnace within 40 minutes. I highly recommend Chris and am grateful for the help. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.

First time using the services of Chris… he was quick to respond and to assess the problem and determine a solution - got it right the first time! Many months later Chris was kind (and smart) enough to take my call and troubleshoot an issue over the phone… turned out to be a low cost fuse replacement. Thanks Chris!!!

I don't usually write reviews but Chris deserves more than 5 stars. We hired Chris through a claim we had with Choice Home Warranty, when he arrived he was super professional and honest about the problem with our furnace. The best part was how we went above and beyond to fight with the insurance company when they were lowballing him and were threatening to reassign the claim. He fixed our heater super quickly once the part arrived. Chris, thank you! We hope to call you in the future for any heating/cooling needs.

Had to replace my entire heating and airconditioning and from the beginning Chris was outstanding. A man of his word and did an amazing job. We need more people like Chris from Cool Heatings LLC. Highly recommend them.
