Jim was amazing! He saved me from buying a money pit of a house. As a first time home buyer, he made sure to be extra thorough throughout the inspection. He was on time and made sure to share all of his findings with us. He made sure we could visualize all the issues with the house and see it for ourselves. He is extremely honest.
