Called these folks after another garage door company committed to coming "sometime next week" to fix a broken spring on our garage door and never did! WOW, what a different experience we had with Allegheny Overhead Doors! They scheduled to arrive 2 days after I called, and Doug showed up at the beginning of the 2hr window they quoted. He repaired the broken spring, and we had them do the other spring at the same time, since they were the same age. I had questions about our garage door openers which he took the time to answer with absolutely no pressure. I was so impressed that I called them back to replace both openers, and also scheduled my mother-in-law's door (same community) for replacement springs. I was extremely pleased with the service....Sonny responded quickly to my call and came within 48 hours to temporarily repair my garage door for use until a new door would arrive. I received an email to remind me when Allegheny would come to replace the door. Jalon arrived at 8 AM and within a few hours, a new door was completely installed and functional. He was very polite, professional and worked diligently to complete the job, and then reviewed everything with me to ensure the work met my satisfaction. Allegheny was recommended to me by several members in our community, who had previously received service from them, and I'm glad I followed their recommendation.

Called about a spring break and were willing to come that day to fix the issue. It was not an emergency and elected to have Allegheny come the following day. Although, they were an hour later then scheduled. They came and not only fixed the spring but fixed my upper garage panel that was bent. They saw a problem and fixed it on their own with out me approving (as I was not home). More than satisfied with the service, professionalism and cost. Would recommend to family and friends.

Sonny came did a estimate for us, he talked over everything never felt rushed or pressured all around great guy. His crew came a few days later right on time they did a amazing job putting the new door on real friendly guys they even took the old one (16X7 Door). The crew was kind of enough to sweep up after they were done working strongly recommend them for your garage door needs!
