Update: we have contacted them throughout the yes with help and questions. Every time they give us detailed information and help with products to maintain our pool. We go no where else for advice or purchases. Highly recommend! They are so knowledgeable. We bought an above ground pool from Greenwood. We had no idea what we were doing but decided to install ourselves. They gave us information on how to install ourselves. They were so helpful. Every time we had a question they helped. They guided us with proper maintenance all summer. The most helpful and kind people you would want to meet. Treated us like family.

Outstanding customer service as always! I think it was Cathy that answered the phone when we had a malfunction with our hot tub thermostat. So kind & understanding. Techs were out to see us within hours.
