They didn't bring some tools with them. Didn't work together well. Had to come back again to correct a problem. County inspector found several incorrect issues. After the last visit they had to redo earlier work. Now the results are tacky.

True Tech came out to add some refrigerant to my heat pump but charged me for waiting around for someone to deliver it. My AC stoped working a few days later because the first service call neglected to notice a leak. The only good service person at this place, Ed, came out and noticed the leak right away, repaired it and added more refrigerant. I asked for a refund on the refrigerant but was told no.

Excellent work performed on my 8yr old trane. The guys were polite professional and knew how to troubleshoot the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. I will continue to call true tech for any future HVAC

John and his team are AWESOME! We use them for any issues with have not only at our home but both business— New Horizons Home Care, Inc. and New Horizons Adult Day Services, Inc. Always helping us find solutions to any problem that we have not just our security systems, electrical or HVAC but any other repairs that we need. I can not say enough good things about these awesome people!

This company goes by multiple names including True-Tech. My first call with them was great. He told me it would be a 1-2 day job and they charge $90/hour. I was fine with this. They sent out a lady to take pictures . Then they sent me a 3500 hundred dollar estimate. This company tried to rip people off. Please shop around before choosing this company. Very rude as well and treated me as if my job was too small.
