Quick on time service. Tech texted me before his arrival and arrived promptly. Service tech was very knowledgeable and had my heat back up and running within a hour. 10/10 would recommend!

Best people and good guys. Used them for a few years and try to help in anyway they can with explanations for how to maintain and why you need to do what you're doing so you better understand and are more prone to do it. Last guy who helped me had almost got home and came back bc he thought he had installed something backwards. He hadn’t, just cared that much that he made sure. 10 out of 10 would recommend. When i need to finally replace my ac unit i will be calling Dorsett.
